Environmental sustainability: enrolment is now open for the 30th edition of the Level II Master's in Environmental Management and Control (GECA)
This is an important milestone for Italy's longest-running advanced training programme on sustainability, which trains managers in sustainability and the circular economy. The enrolment deadline is Thursday, 4 December 2025. Scholarships are available

It is the longest-running advanced training programme in Italy on the topic of environmental sustainability. The Master's Degree in Environmental Management and Control (GECA) reaches its 30th edition with a postgraduate programme that seeks to respond to emerging challenges in sustainability, integrating crucial issues such as the circular economy, energy transition, decarbonisation, biodiversity, the measurement of socio-environmental impacts and the related geopolitical, economic, social and environmental implications, in line with the principles of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Thanks to an interdisciplinary approach and a constantly updated curriculum, the GECA Master's programme has trained hundreds of sustainability managers, capable of supporting companies, institutions and public bodies in defining strategies for the circular and efficient management of natural resources, with specific expertise in waste, energy, water and natural capital. The teaching programme alternates between internships and lectures, with partner companies working alongside students from the early months of the course and involved in many networking activities.
The deadline for applications is Thursday 4 December 2025.
Placement rate and scholarships
With over 90% of participants finding employment within a year of completing the course, the GECA Master's programme is one of the advanced training courses with the highest placement rate. In addition, the Master's programme boasts the involvement of a significant number of institutions and companies that invest in new talent by providing contributions to cover all or part of the enrolment fee. The allocation will be made on the basis of the selection ranking.
How to enrol
Those who hold a master's degree or equivalent qualification from a foreign university of the same level may apply for admission. Applications must be submitted by 4 December 2025, exclusively using the online service available on this web page and after reading the Call for Applications.
